Just ordered the DVD, can't wait.
I have a tremor and when I get nervous my hands tremble quite a bit (and I'm not even doing anything illegal). I have found it is best to keep my license and insurance card together in the same pocket in my wallet. Less time digging around with less time for the police to notice my hands shaking. |

Also, turn off your car and keep your hands on the steering wheel until the officer asks for your stuff. At night, turn on your interior dome lights. Do not search for your license, reg, insurance until the cop is at your door and asks you to do so. See the ACLU video "Busted: A citizen's guide to Police Encounters" at www.flexyourrights.org. It's a great addendum to Barry's Vol. 1, I highly recommend watching and visiting the website.
P.S. Barry, I look forward to your second video set, and if haven't completed the final edit, I could add some novel material. I've been through a DEA + FBI + Local PD home raid and DEA controlled buy, and have analyzed the situations thoroughly. |

I suggest you leave your car running if you are holding any narcotics. Exhaust fumes aid in throwing off the K-9. The K-9 officer will turn your auto off before the search but try and get as many fumes in the air around your auto as possible...especially on a calm day.

There are a few details in the flexyourrights video that are flat wrong! I have not commented on these because flexyourrights has totally distanced themselves from my DVD claiming my Consent to Search advise was wrong. If I comment on the mistakes in their video, it will be construed as revenge. I have explained over and over that I produced a film looking through the eyes of a cop not an attorney. Attorneys say "never give consent." I say, "if you have a small amount hidden really well, give consent so you don't trigger a K-9 and thorough search. I am trying to keep people out of the courtroom not prepare them for the courtroom!
The majority of their video is good information but I have trouble understanding why they endorse only their product and attack mine?
Some on Flexyourrights comment negatively about my film yet refuse to watch it! Hmmmmmm!

I feel that the information you informed us with on the dvd was credible, because I do i believe if you have something small like a "Blunt" hidden really well in the places you suggested, Police probably wont find it.

My question to you is what if the amount your traveling with isn't "light" suppose if you are carrying a large quantity such as an OZ or Quarter Pound or even a Pound, while it's raining of course (LOL) would advice still be to give consent to search?

I hear that I'd rather collect Understand Know and Practice information and Strategies on how to "Stay Free" then worry about what happens if i do get locked up even though that's important as well
i think our main priority should be to "Stay Free"
And i truly believe that if you have all this Information available to you i can't see how you could see yourself facing a Jury.
But if you have it and watch it only once and don't study or practice what is given to you then i feel if you get cased up you put your self there.
I suggest everybody take this is serious as I do, and take notes while your watching Barry's dvd the same way I did that way you can look back on what you put down on paper and study it anytime, and No matter what anybody tells you, you can never be to cautious, when i say cautious I don't mean paranoid I mean aware and alert, people who tell you that shit end up in hand cuffs wondering why, So keep a still tongue about what you do and never trust anyone, Because after all Police are fuckin' with our lively hood and will stop at nothing to put us in a position to be charged finger printed and placed in a Government cage, and if your out to make money how the fuck can you make any increase in your currency sitting in the box? so my point is you need to be on your P's and Q's and make Freedom your 1st priority because you might not get a second chance to make that choice.
Always remember that you have "Priorities" in life and the "Qualities" of your character will help you achieve them.
