In order to win any contest you have to go on the offensive, correct? The below flier can be used to shame, demoralize and defeat those at the top of the food chain in the drug war - those black robed lawyers we call judges.
Use this blurb as a flier along with other educational material or on marijuana legalization websites to help to seize the moral high ground in the debate.
Judges are the biggest and most destructive criminals here - not pot users!! Get it?
Give this flier -- with amplifying material -- to the friends and neighbors of judges. Distribute it at their churches, clubs, kid's schools, community and cultural events, etc.
Suppose you have a local cop or prosecutor who is a little too motivated in the drug war, then give this flier to the friends of the judges and put the cop's or prosecutor's name on the bottom of the flier. Thank him for inspiring your campaign to tell the truth about judges.

Is a judge or magistrate. You need to know that all judges and magistrates who preside over criminal trials with juries are guilty of lying to jurors, tricking jurors, manipulating and even “tampering” with juries in order to stop juries from using their greatest and most sacred power. That is the jury’s power to protect freedom by “nullifying” foolish, abusive and dictatorial laws.
When judges lie and commit jury tampering, they are destroying trial by jury. Judges are attempting to turn jurors into mere puppets and stooges. Judges are destroying the most important aspect of self-government itself. Judges protect corrupt and abusive bureaucracies; they enable abusive, foolish and freedom-stealing laws to harm and even destroy honest and innocent people. Some politicians know all about this situation, but few do anything to correct it. No Idaho politicians of either major party, have found the courage to publicly confront judges for this abuse of power. So, we turn to you, the judge’s friend.
The news media, with a few wonderful exceptions, fails to cover this important story. So we turn to you..
A few lawyers privately criticize judges for their abuses of power. An unknown number of judges secretly hate this situation. But, publicly, almost all lawyers and all judges take a stance of silence, denial, disinformation and cover-up. Those lawyers who favor reform, rightfully fear that if they go public on this scandal, they will be severely punished by the judges and probably have their careers ruined. Judges and lawyers are incapable of cleaning up their own profession. So, we turn to you…
Judges will not honestly debate this issue. In the courtroom they prohibit freedom of speech, actually sending lawyers to jail for contempt of court if they directly speak of the sacred right and power of the jury to nullify bad laws. So we turn to you..
Judges, in their arrogance, think it is right and proper to manipulate and control jurors and to turn them into puppets and stooges. Judges evidently do not truly believe in Self-government. They want to control and dominate the jury, when actually the judge is only the jury’s legal advisor and servant. Judges and lawyers are also guilty of systematically “dumbing-down” juries.
They often reject the most intelligent, informed and thoughtful people from jury duty. Judges and lawyers cause some of the best people to hate and despise jury duty. (Nobody likes being treated like a child and a fool by a bunch of lawyers!) Lawyers often choose as jurors the most ignorant and easily manipulated people they can find. Then they complain about how bad juries are!
Although many juries do a good job, because being on a jury brings out the best in people, there are juries that make mistakes. But, whenever there is a bad jury, the fault always lies with the lawyers and the judge who selected them and then relentlessly dominated and manipulated that jury.
Judges trick jurors into voting contrary to their own conscience and common sense. Even though, the conscience of the juror is the whole reason for jury trials. Judges bluff jurors into enforcing bad laws that jurors hate – when they didn’t have to. Judges cause jurors to feel anger, resentment, guilt and shame for years and decades after jury duty. This situation is destroying our country and is intolerable. So we must turn to you..
By refusing to do the right and honorable thing in their own courtrooms, judges have done much destroy their own honor. No judge would deliberately bring dishonor upon himself, much less upon his own family, but this is precisely what judges have done by their immoral and freedom destroying acts in the courtroom. Perhaps the judges’ families and friends, will find their own reasons to explain to the judges that they must:
Stop lying to the jury;
Stop bluffing, intimidating and manipulating jurors.
Stop committing jury tampering;
Stop trying to rig and fix trials;
Stop trying to “stack the jury” with easily manipulated, ignorant and stupid people;
Stop trying to be dictators to the jury, but instead, be the jury’s humble and truthful servants as they are supposed to be.
If any judge has a heart, then you, his friend or family member, hold the key to his heart.
You can perform a great act of citizenship by first learning more about jury nullification, it’s history, quotations of great judges of the past… and then going to your friend the judge and telling him you now know the truth and you want him to be courageous and stop the lying and start telling the truth in court. When you talk to your friend the judge, he will probably deny everything. Simply compare what he tells you to words of some of our greatest judges and founding fathers . Ask your friend to explain why these great judges and founding fathers are lying and he is right!
You have “emotional and social leverage” over your friend that no citizen activist or jury educator can ever have. And this is why we have turned to you. He wants and needs your respect and admiration. Please don’t give him your respect until he ceases his dishonest and destructive behavior and earns that respect.
In order to fully understand this issue so you cannot be fooled by the glibness and cleverness of judges, you will need to learn more.

Getting the word out there is always a good thing, but be careful. You're on their property. They can and will search you. So don't have anything on you  |
