Dear Barry, I just have a quick question about the False Alert of a Canine
Say you were in a situation in which you were in possesion of illegal narcotics, in this case MJ. You are pulled over in you vehicle with possesion of MJ at hand. You have Taken the Necessary Precautions in making sure that the MJ does not have enough time to permeate through the container in which it is in and also made sure nothing is contaminated. The Officer walks the dog around the vehicle and deliberately makes the dog false alert which give him/her a motive to get into your vehicle. How would you steer away from a situation like this when you no the officer has made the dog false alert.
Sincerely
Fiend |

I see you have been studying the NGB program. Good job. Here is the answer: There is nothing you can do about a false alert on the road except to try and prevent it. Police recently ran their dog around mine and Candi's auto. While it was happening, I was on the phone with my lawyer saying "The dog already made one lap around my car with no alert. OHHHH, he's making a second lap. You know what happens here, this is where the false alert comes in."
The cop instantly stopped the air sniff upon hearing the words, "false alert."
You can do the same. Explain to the officers you know all about false alerts and want to watch the K-9 work from a safe distance. Your knowledge and voicing of this underhanded trick is your best weapon.
If the dog false alerts and your stash is found, email me and I will come to your defense as an expert witness.
Great question.
Barry
