| Ideally, a person would only smoke in the confines of a private residence. However, we all know this is not always how it happens. I prefer a one-hitter, because if I'm in a hotel or vehicle it is easier to control the smoke trail. With a joint or blunt smoke is everywhere, even if you're not hitting it. |

| Not to mention a joint or blunt generally leaves an aftersmell on your lips, fingers, and clothes. Good advice. You could also use a proto or other device with a lid. |

I don't know the state of the art for portable units, but I recommend vaporizers whenever possible!
Also, those new gel alcohol hand sanitizers are good at removing odors, resins, etc. from hands and equipment. |

Gel hand sanitizers!!! I never thought of using those. Great tip. These type of wipes would certainly rid items, car door handles and other contaminated areas of marijuana pollutants.

| Yea and it's another thing for police to look at and ask you why you need the hand wipes/gels? Then obtain probable cause. |

That's not probable cause to search your person or vehicle many people use "Hand wipes" especially citizens who live or travel in the city.
It's easy to explain that you work alot with your hands and you prefer to keep them clean.
Another alternative would be to say you keep them in your car for maintenance purposes
any of the above would be suitable explanations. |

| It is probable cause if you run into someone like Gary who can turn that shit against you. Just like the 2 keys on a key ring, or baggies. He could profile you in his mind then wonder why you would be carrying those gel wipes. If he finds pot then he will spread the news to other officers to include in their profiling. |

a freind in AZ showed me a cheap and nice way of smoking.
a glass eye dropper, take off the plastic part cut a small hole in it then put it on the small end, load the other end with your stuff and smoke away, u can ditch it and there only 1.22 at walmart for 2.
and its like a one hitter where u can control the smoke. |

Gotta be careful with the Protos - the fact that it is metal can be a real problem. Try to find a wooden pipe that has a cap - I've found some sweet ones over the years.
I used a Proto for years but accidentally had it on me while going through security at an airport (mixed up 2 identical zip pouches...). Got busted for it but later got off on a technicality. After that, I swore off metal pipes. I never intended to bring anything into the airport, but accidents can happen and no metal is a form of insurance.
It was actually kind of funny when it happened. Somehow in my subconscious I must have known, because when security flagged me I totally knew why. I made an immediate choice to be really chill and classy - I acted like this sort of thing happened to me everyday and it was no big thing. When the officer first spotted the Proto and asked me about it, I nonchalantly quipped that it was a one-cup coffee maker - knowing it wouldnt fly, but amusing myself during the crisis. I tried to convince the airport cop to let me walk away because their case would never go anywhere and he knew it was harmless. No go. But after he sat through 3 days in court (2 of them I no-showed - another story) the case was dismissed. I got lots of nods and thumbs up walking out of court that day from defendants waiting their turn. Whew! |

also, febreeze works nicely...
or, even cheaper, you can make a home made smoke filter (at least for the smoke your exhaling)... take a empty toilet paper roll and stuff it full of dryer sheets... put together w/ the one hitter and febreeze, you should be covered nicely... |

When I am faced with this situation, I just eat the stuff. No smell no mess and I only need to do it Once. in a pinch this can be accomplished with a triscuit and a small piece of cheese in a microwave.
These will keep for days,
the proper dose should be 3 to 5 times what you would smoke depending on how stoned you want to be.
Dont overdo this in public.
Seriously stupid looking behaviour may occurr. |

The air fresheners that "remove" particles from the air work wonders too.
Also, they have some car deodorizers that work really well. "Odor-cide" is one of my favorites.
AXE/TAG body sprays work well because they are so potent and thick.
Hand sanitizer wipes/gel for the body and armor-all wipes for the car piece work wonders. As does vaporizing rather than smoking. |

| I have a bad habit of covering the bowl with my left palm, sometimes getting a yellowish tar stain on my palm. Trying to break the habit and wash my hands after every bowl. 1 hitters are nice too, just picked up a camo one, they're cheap and easy to palm and toss too. |
