First of all the job I work will not allow me to work if I get a drug charge. I dont like to drink all that much so to relax I smoke MJ. I travel alot with my job and I have to carry my MJ with me alot of the time since I do travel. I usually put my Mj in a plastic bag then I will wash my hands and then I will use one of those air sealers for food and seal it in like 3 or 4 of those air tight bags.
Will that keep a dog from smelling it?
Since I have never been pulled over and searched if say I have it in the back of my truck in a duffel bag and the dog alerts in the cab of the truck are they allowed to search my bag in the bed of my truck?
I would appreciate your input on this and really support what you are doing. |

Odors will permeate from these bags. The dog will be able to smell it.

I would never place marijuana in luggage of any kind. Wrap it like you illustrated because permeation is much slower but don't hide it in luggage. Hide it as close to the middle interior of your auto as suggested in my DVD.

| I will be taking a cross country motor trip in the near future. I drive a SUV which stands approximately 6 feet tall. Additionally, I have a rooftop carrier. Would a Drug Dog alert to my stash stored in the carrier? |

If the odor permeates from its hiding spot and the dog is presented with the scent cone, then yes, the dog can alert.
If the dog is handled incorrectly and is not presented with the odor than no.
There are ways to confuse K-9's but there is no sure method of guaranteeing a K-9 will not find your stash.

| can a lot of people confuse the smell of a dog?for example i know of some people who have taken a pretty good amount of bud with them in the bus ,the bud was on them mind you, and the dog went around the bus but gave no cue about the drugs inside the bus maybe a smell overload or something too many different smells? it works all the time though |

clearly you havent crossed the us,mexico border,...those dogs or AGENTS smell the car outside, then they throw em inside the front seat and close the door, then they throw em in the back and close the door, then they pop the trunk and throw em in there too, then when hes done with the car theyll sik em on you too...so yes they do smell people too... and once one went locc on my friend cause he didnt know he had a little shake in his wallet,.. dog also smelled every ones crotch and went locc on my feet cause i HAD stashed some bud in my shoe but took it out and smoked it so i guess the smell stayed there and they made us all empty our pockets and open everything up they found the shake but damn... |
