In response to my eblast explaining our FeedThePrisoner program, here is what one person wrote:

Well whoever it is is from IA, in the county of Cass by the looks. IE, Cass-County- IA or casscoia.
I ran a whois and it's the site is registered to Cass Country IA. So to get a account on that site it looks like you would need to be involved in some form of goverment. Google on @casscoia.us
A lot of @casscoia.us e-mail addresses, all look to be governmental positions. The main Cass county page is http://www.casscountyiowa.org/, looks like casscoia.us is just used for mail.
You'll also notice that the e-mails seem to be given out by the persons name, so going on brink or rink. I ran some people searches, turns out that a lot of people with the name brink or rink live in Cass county.
So pretty much it look's to be someone involved with the local government in Cass county IA, that's about all I can figure out so far. |
