first let me start of by saying I feel abused in many ways.
Story
I just got out of work and went into an exxon station to borrow my friend cell phone (I left mine over a friends). I still had my work shirt on and as I was going inside I decided to take it off (I had a shirt under it). I borrow my friends cell phone, and leave the store while holding the shirt. I get in my car drive to the exxon exit when a cop flashes his blues at me and tells me to go back and park. I do, and he tells me that he thinks I just shoplifted because I walked out of the store "holding my shirt like I was hiding something in it." He then asks if he can search my car. I say, "sorry officer, I do not consent to any searches." He looks taken aback, and say's over the radio, "code 22" now 2 more cop cars show up and they decide that me leaving cumbies with a shirt in my hands is probable cause for searching me car. Well, he didn't find any shoplifted items, but he did find a couple of bowlpacks worth of marijuana under the drivers seat. Wasn't worth arresting me so he wrote me an 80 dollar fine and gave me a court order.
Could this really have been probable cause to search?
Will I win in court? WTF?
Fucking cocksuckers.
Some good interaction during the situation.
Me "who are you helping here, aren't cops supposed to help people, I can't remember the last time anyone has ever been helped by the police.
One police officer "I don't remember agreeing to help anyone, I swore to uphold the commonwealth laws"
Pretty much sums up the douchbaggery I went through tonight. |

oh btw, I got this idea from my friend.
Once the decision is over I am going to go up to the arresting officer and say. Now that I've won this case and have nothing on my record I can continue my life the way it was. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, the bottom of my heart... for not searching my trunk.
