On my way to the dentist I noticed a sign on a front yard that read, What Is Peace?
Of course this got me think, what is peace?
This is what I came up with...
Peace is the absence of fear, fear is an absence of understanding, an absence of understanding is an absence of reasoning, an absence of reasoning is faith.
Maybe my logic is faulty here, I've not had a whole lot of time to think this over.
Soc will enjoy this I imagine, have a bit to add I imagine. |

Yeah, you got me thinking. 
The term "Peace" is highly dependent on context.
In its Latin origin of "Pax", its context can be one of enforced stability. Rome.
It can have more spiritual application than political:
Inner peace?
For me it means the same as Equilibrium. That sounds a little clinical though doesn't it?
To me, one of the biggest oxymoron's touted by our leadership current and past, is that of "The Peace Process". What process? Has there ever truly been peace on Earth? The only time I know for sure is before we learned to make Rocks and Sticks nice and pointy! 
Peace is what we left in the trees. |

then again the otaku side of me want's to chant KIRA IS JUSTICE! seeing as kiras view is if there are no evil people left alive the world can live in peace. |
