no harm done. My friend works at Braums in Plano, and a older customer was angry with him. The next day he got a call on the phone from the same customer prank calling the store calling him a "Fucking dirty pothead".
It does depend on where you live but then again, any phrase categorizing a group of people involving [noun,adjective]-Head is meant to offend.
Examples:
Crack head
Fart-head
ass-head
dick-head
stupid-head
Although I'm sure no-one is ever going to be offended by an insult like Meanie-head. But its connotation is supposed to be bad.

For the first time in the history of our school district, we are placing a police officer inside our high school. He is called a "Resource Officer" and he is the youngest officer on the force having only graduated high school less than 5 years ago. He is very ingrained in our community having grown up here and has a large family who all live here.
I not only have some real concern about an LEO inbedded into our HS, I am also concerned about how effective his superiors can expect him to be. I know there are officers who are much older than this guy and they have a hard time resisting temptation when it comes to wine, women and weed, so how can this kid be expected to do it at such a young age dealing with his peer, basically.
This is either going to be the best decision our school district ever made, or the worse, depending on their true motive.
Time will tell --
