Its not dope. why do people so easily convince themselves they are doing something bad?
Tell her the facts and reasons why its good, and how it could benefit society.

My mom-ness will probably really show in this post but my husband and I will be 14 years tomorrow and these years have been the best 14 of my life. I smoke cannabis and he does not. He drinks beer and I do not. We respect each other's differences and neither one of us feel compelled to explain why we do what we do. If you are treating your girlfriend with kindness and respect, it will make it easier to lead her to your way of thinking.

| ..... I need to get me a little nut, sorry, had to do it. Seriously, just put your foot down and tell her, I smoke pot, if you don't like it, shove it up your ass!!! Just kidding, don't think that will work. Don't use any phrases like, "I enjoy being stoned" or "I have to have it", nothing like that. Phrases like that hurt the point. Convey your beliefs that it helps to relax you much the way medicine does that doctors prescribe, without drawbacks. Tell her that it increases your sex drive, and if she is ok with you smoking, she will reap the benefits(only use if you can back it up). Sadly, I believe this stuff to be true, but having a hard time not making it come out in a joking matter. Not even stoned, but funny thoughts constantly run a muck through my mind. Had this same problem with my wife, so I feel your pain. |

We had our talk 2 days ago. I told her I smoke weed because of the conditons doing all the other drugs did to me. Aggression, depression, anxiety,emotional stability. I said this is the only safe thing I can do with kids. I can't be eating government pills that make you a zombie, thorazine, elavil, lithium, xanax. I am tired of drinking at night cause I end up drinking by myself and that becomes a problem because I am a recovering addict. So Marijuana is the best prescription for my well being as well as hers.
No shit---- She said OK ------
I did not know what to say. So I said I love you and went to work. She threw in on my last bag as long as I spended time at home with the kids. I do that anyway so I won either way.
