First off, let me say this is not my idea.
Anyway, heres a good idea on how to get pot legalized.
Pro Marijuana lobbyists. "The politicians aren't going to bribe themselves you know." Seriously, all this time we have been trying to get pot legalized by raising awareness and attempting to educate people. GOOD ARGUMENTS, SOLID FACTS, AND GOOD MORALS aren't enough in this country at this time period.
Everything revolves around money, not logic. It's like that south park episode where Cartman teaches all the inner city kids to cheat. "How can I get through to theese keeds."
Anyway what do you think about this idea.
It's a little low, but the enemy isn't? Not to mention, it could save the lives of many men and women, young and old, rotting in jail cells. |

| It would be a total defeat of what most of us are trying to do. I mean if i had the money i'd try, but the safe bet is still to make prohibition aware to the masses than it would be to pay a government official |

Heres how my moral system works. Is this the best move to help people? YES.
This is the quickest way to help rapees who are getting fucked by the long dick of the DEA. Do battle with the rapist, and help the victims with a swift and clean cut.... (of their program, by throwing a bunch of money at the lawmakers)

| Where will the money come from? Even if all pro marijuana citizens donate some i bet it wont be near enough to lobby a bill all the way through. |

Holy shit. What if we spent all our efforts trying to get bill gates to understand. That one man is worth more than everyone that makes the laws. He already has been known to spend money for the good of humanity. What if he saw the 18 year olds that are in jail for 30 because they got caught with drugs as a kid?
Cmon theres enough of us to convince 1 person to change their mind on something. Bill gates has done acid before BTW. I read it somewhere. |

| But why would we pay someone? does it make sense to do it that way. i mean come on i liked malcolm x but not by all means necessary. lets do it right, by awareness. would it not be easier. instead of dreaming of what could be raise awareness and it will be. |
