Just another perfect example of the government wasting time and tax payer money on bullshit.
A brewer based in WEED,CA has been forced to change the bottle caps on his bottles. What was on these caps that was so horrible that the government had to step in and put a stop to this activity, Try Legal Weed.
Did you know that as a brewer you can not but such words on your beer as, Strong or High Alcohol? When the government comes and tells you what you can put on your privately produced product, to me that's a violation of the 1st amendment variety. Frankly I fail to see the so called danger, maybe it's just because I think for myself instead of letting the government do it for me. |

Clearly a case of over-bearing censorship: the potential for harm caused by such bottle caps is insignificant compared to the threat to our liberties created by their forced removal from the market.  |
