Because it's everyman for himself. Since we went down none of our friends call, come over, and few will even talk to us? I trust no one, family, friends, cops. I knew the law before I started, thought I was careful, watched electric, trash, heat, smell, and if the discovery points out a "RAT" I will deal with them my own way. I will "NEVER RAT ON ANYONE ANYTIME...PERIOS". What happens to me is my problem. Guess they are scared we we "RAT THEM OUT". Will not happen...thats who I am. |

There are people in this world that would make your kids pay for your snitching.Think about that. |

busted in MO, i feel for you, yall sound like good people that never hurt anyone and are good hard working citizens of your community. when people get busted the LEOs threaten you with things that aren't real just to make you scared and start talking. that's when people usually break down and talk. one day hopefully we will be able to do this legally and not go to jail but we may be to old to burn by then. best to you and your family.

| No ive only hurt people who directly deserve it.I'm only pointing out the irony in saying you snitched to protect your loved ones when that is one of the best ways to invite harm on your loved ones.I guess you probably knew the people you were ratting out were as big of pussies as yourself. |

| I just want 2 say that i don't respect any informant, snitch, rat or whatever u might want to call them. First of all u chose the game 2 play and u knew what u where getting yourself into. I was just setup by an informant a Month ago, the big mistake i made was being greedy and dealing with someone I met through another person. So the night of my arrest I was suppose to meet the snitch when i got off work. I didn't get off until 9pm, but the he texted me at 8:45 saying that he would be in the walmart we were suppose to meet @ shopping. so i was like wtf. so anyway when i get off i go serve someone else b4 i meet the snitch, after that i call the snitch and tell him i'm on my way and he tell's me he is still in the walmart picking up things. now @ this time it is about 9 30 940. So i get to the lot and i call and he tells me he is still in the store and his car is parked @ the back. I'm thinking like why would he park where there is no cars around him. so i tell him that i'm going to park my car with the rest of the cars and meet him outside so we can walk out together. SOON as i pull in the parking spot undercover police agents come from then air out of NOOOOO where and surround my car. they pull me out the car put me in hand cuffs and immediately start searching my car. Felt like i was in a damn movie or sumthing. they found a pound in my front passenger side under the seat. Should of know somthing was funny with dude because a few weeks b4 when i met dude he came and saw me with 1 headlight on his car. who cops shit @ night with 1 headlight???????? |

Welcome to the forum and so sorry to hear you got popped.
Yeah, parking at the rear of wallyworld is strange. The headlight thing too. Like so many of us, hindsight is 20/20, and we all should listen to the voice in our gut that tells us when shit aint right! Trust it folks!
I would venture to say that a CI would be more apt to ignore personal security protocols than a undercover would as in your case. They figure they are already had, so whats the point of being paranoid about the cops? Little things like not being worried about having a lb in a car with obvious "pull-me-overs".
Was the person who introduced you to the snitch a CI too?
In my case, a Rat set me up with a underover agent who tried to as quickly as possible ego stroke me with things like "I like how you do business man." "No Bullshit and to the point, the way I like it". Tried to make me feel important. I found out later they really thought i was important.
You know, the snitch faded from my contact and avoided me after he established contact between me and the agent.
As for persona's, get this:
Before everything fell, my rat was "Babysitting" for a woman I knew. I believe he got her in a circle of shit I knew about, but was uninvolved with. She in turn "dated" a COP! Told everyone he was too. I even asked her at the time WTF? A cop? She was the type to do anything in extreme excess-except date cops. Bikers maybe, dealers and thugs sure. Cop was a stretch. I even double-dated with a mutual friend and he acted like no date and neither did she. They were both too quiet and he was on info alert. I expected it at the time, hell I knew he was a cop. He knew everyone around him was a felon though. That ploy must not have worked out because he was never seen again by me. I'm pretty sure they were after my date at the time as I hadnt done anything illegal and was clean. About a year later while in prison, I saw the woman I dated on TV getting busted! I don't know how many people went down because of that dude.
I think he had a tiny part in a big caper and everyone of shady character or record that he knew, got thrown under the same bus. Or, the cops wanted to make it look like a bunch of people involved together that weren't. Either way is shitty ya know?
Sorry to rant on your first post! You just jogged some shit out of my memory I thought topic worthy and complimentary to your info. |

Socrateez,,,,
when did you personally have that "Gut Feeling" that everything may not be on the up and up?
was it during the actual action,,,,or a short time after when you were able to reflect and maybe get more of an "OHH SHIT" moment of clarity |
