My Burglary charge would have been taken down to a ticket somehow if I would give the person away that had helped me.
I was 18 No kids or family. I took my lumps, the jail, probation, Then I finally failed a piss test then went back to jail. More probation, counseling.
The whole time my dude said thank you and now after what I did. he is my Dope delivery guy. |

When it comes to keeping yourself safe from snitches this is how I see it. Trust no one that isn't as smart as you, and even then keep your eyes open. If I have a friend that keeps doing stupid shit that will get him busted. I distance myself from that person and they know nothing about my life. Its called leverage folks, and LEOs love it. My closest friend I have talked to about this and what our plan would be to counter the lies that will be thrown from the cops to manipulate us into talking. There is no clear way to stay safe. You have to think about the people you spend time with and what you do around those people. What they do that could be used against them by the LEO. All of this comes into play that one horrible day when one of your friends or acquaintances get busted. I say acquaintances because no friend would ever rat you out. That is why you can count all your friends on one hand, your whole life.  So if you go into "the game" planning for the weak ass snitches, it goes a long way. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. It all comes down to how smart are you? |

| i'm not a gangster, but i believe in respect, loyalty and trust. if i get busted for doing what i do with my weeds i'm not going to send the cops to my dealer/friend (or anyone for that matter) just because he has less to lose than me. you should assume the risk of what you do and be man enough to deal with the consequences. |

| You couldn't work a 9-5 before you got busted? I just don't think its right that you would rat on people because you think they have less to lose. That is a cowards way out. I understand the side that you have kids and all that, but you shouldn't ruin another persons life because you fucked up. if you didn't want to risk losing your family then you shouldn't of been breaking the law. |

and once again if you didn't want to risk your loved ones why not get a job in the first place? there is no reason for you to ruin someone elses life(and possibly the lives of their loved ones and family) because you fucked up.
think about it
i do my thing, and say someone named chris does his. Selling weed or whatever and he gets busted, just because he could get off and not lose anything he decides to rat on me. how is that right? |

I had a job 11-9
I paid taxes I did my responsible parent thing. I smoke pot got caught selling it. People hate though. Might be me but I believe blood is thicker than water.
I've taken my lumps before many,many times before. I have a reason to do it know.
Really I think I'm done on this I keep repeating myself to people that do not have an open mind. |

He can only see that whatever he does must be right so fuck everyone else. So in this case I would distance myself from him. As I bet anyone that has been burned by him wishes they did. I sure hope when his kids get older they don't get some bullshit dropped on them from this loser. Then it will be; "Oh I raised them so they owe me this much, blah blah blah poor me". |

So really you didn't need to sell pot to put food on the table you just did it for a bit of extra cash or some free smoke? blood is thicker than water, but your blood is no thicker than anyone elses. you did the deed you should be prepared to do the time. clearly the people you ratted on were, since they didn't flip on anyone despite how their lives went to shit because you're a rat bastard.
