Well there seems to be some problem with the avatars on the boards. I've sent an email to Barry with the error message the board threw so he can pass it on to Bruce as I don't know his email.
Just posting this so people know what is going on and that something is being done about it.

What error message are you getting?
With the options in the edit profile page, you can only upload avatars.
there's an option that can be turned on to allow linking to an off-site avatar. one hosted by imageshack or photobucket..
That would be a quick fix of getting an avatar king for the members. |

Hi All,
I've checked the error messages and believe that the problem (permissions) with uploading avatars has been corrected. Please let me know if anyone has any other problems.

Thanks Bogzilla... Likewise! My wife and I have been really busy working our religious freedom case here in L.A. (Lower Alabama...smile), so we've both been pretty distracted with all this legal paperwork lately. God willing, we will both have much more time to devote to educating and assisting others in their struggles with the drug war following our upcoming motions hearing on April 22.
If the judge follows the law (the Constitution) of the land, then ALL charges will be dismissed on account of our 1st Amendment right to freedom of religion. Please follow this case and encourage others to do the same. The more folks we can get to pay attention to this case the better, as this judge is notorious for harsh treatment of "drug offenders." We've already been thrown in jail once (for 22 days) for leaving town while on bond so we could go and assist in the critical end-of-llife care of a bed-ridden relative while his wife and my mother were away on a trip.
We are both ministers of the gospel and my wife is a licensed registered nurse. Until now, this case has been kept pretty low-profile in an effort to encourage the local district attorney's office to step-up and do the right thing and just dismiss this case. Instead, the DA continues to threaten our God given freedom by treating us as though we are "drug traffickers" in spite of written statements by the investigating officer that there was no evidence to suppport that claim.
We really can use some support, as right now the judge doubled our bonds (to $50,000 each) and has us both under "house arrest" until our trial. We are unable to leave our property for anything other than to visit our attorneys, go to court, or to visit the testing lab when they call our "so called random" color code to submit a urine sample. We were told we couldn't leave for any other reason, including for work or to go to church. So right now we are struggling to just make ends meet. Anyone who can help by donating to our legal defense fund would be a God-send, a cannabis angel if you will.

I feel your frustration. I had to "random" for the Feds for over two years! It took me another year just to learn to pee without having a mirror behind the toilet and a large man breathing down my neck. *shudder* |
