What do you do in order to alleviate anxiety, PTSD, and other illnesses of the mind, if you are averse to taking the medication that doctors seem to love pushing onto people like candy?
My answer would be: since I have no sources at the moment, I just deal. With the result that it sometimes comes out in ways I do not want it to.

| if you do not live with your parents and are over the age of 18 then go to your local healthcare helper like people to people or a charit and get sent to a doctor i am a firm beliver in either marijuana use. or government drug use to overcome these addictions. |
