you cant search my car...
i didnt have anything on me, but it sure was fun fucking with em. they said the dogs were on their way and i should give up the dope be4 they find it. (tactics) 30 min later they let me go cause supposedly the dogs were out on a bigger bust. kinda makes me wish i DID have something with me. |

| I never let the local P.D. search my vehicle, if I'm carrying or not and I'm a real asshole with them. I try to make their job as hard as possiable, that way the next time they will go fuck with someone else. |

| sweet... i thought i was the only one who was an asshole to the cops. when my passenger was asked to put out a ciggarette onetime, i took it from him and started smoking it, and said, "they cant make me put out this cigg". all that did was piss em off more, but i was let go with no citation. ironically, i usually have better luck when i'm an asshole with em. the only thing i really do "wrong" is smoke weed, but5 now i'm a medical marijuana patient and can carry it on me. sweet! |

I have lived from the biggest of cities to the smallest of towns. That approach may work on certain officers, but i have known a small town cop or two or Sheriff who'll work his tensions out on you while your balled up on a concrete floor in HIS jail. His deputy will be sure to help "detain" you for awhile as well. Other inmates usually take the blame. Or you were resisting arrest REAL hard.
Not all law enforcement are worth the effort to trifle with.
Not all small town or county cops have cameras in their vehicles.
Point is, ive known way too many people who can tell me what a police baton tastes like. |

Those types are bullies and can be dealt with as shown in other posts. This is not a good across the board strategy though.
Most people cant tell the difference between an ignorant bully, flouting his authority; or a well trained officer baiting you for signals that fit his profile. |

its true though....people "fear" our government. most people i am with that get pulled over are all scared and talk to the cop like hes god. it makes me sick. i'm not saying people should DISrespect cops, i'm just saying people should stop REspecting them as much as they do when they get pulled over. like barry said, "theyre not yer friend". people think the nicer they are to the cop, the better the chances are they wont getta ticket. HA! all it does is make the process easier for him. All i know is sad days fer tha cops when they pull me over and i aint riding dirty. I mouth it up. the hardest i ever mouthed it up on a cop, he let me go. I LOVE IT !!!

| What you don't get is that when you mouth it up like that when you aren't riding dirty the cops sure as hell don't forget you. One day you will be riding dirty and they are gonna pull you and have a dog waiting. I'm not saying you should cower to cops, but I'll say it again, in my experience being an asshole with a cop will not help you. |

narcdet's 100% right, I grew up in an outlaw moonshiner family. My mother was a social worker who wound up as a PO specializing in predatory sex offenders, her best friend ran the juvenile department and was married to a state cop. If you just respect the LEO os a person, you will be the very best off. However if approached with an attitude, they find out I can get one too... while remaining respectful. The only time I ever cussed a cop out was being jailed for refusing to pay the fine on the spot for a taillight the prick smashed out in front of me. That paricular scalehouse was famously corrupt, they even have their own jail in the basement. (another long story)
Just be polite, if you're having a bad day suck it up and be an adult. |

ok folks
there is a way to "mouth it up" in a civil respectful manor. when i say mouth it up, im not talking about cursing the cop out.. im talking about if you feel the cop is taking advantage of the situation, u can either let him, as you see all the people in barrys videos who go to jail, or you can mouth it up.
i duno, maybe sum people will just never get it and ALWAYS fear the police and let them have their way with them, EVEN if its not right. |

I lived in a small county town for awhile. Crooked County from the bottom up. |
